Mar. 27, 2010 - House League Meet [1]

THIS PAGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION Swim Meet Information Sheet Dear Parent(s) This is your official notification for the third swim meet of the Olympian Swim Club’s (OSC) 10 & Under Series which will take place on March 27^th, 2010. The meet particulars can be found in the attached “Meet Package” (CLICK HERE)
	WHERE:	YMCA Tundra Drive Fort McMurray, Alberta
	WHEN:	March27th from 1:00pm (warm-up = 40 minutes) and finishing at 4:00pm
	WHO:	All FMCS swimmers (no list since every Manta is eligible) all swimmers are expected to attend this meet.
	FEES:	FREE! + Pizza afterwards!
	DEADLINE:	We apologize that this meet package did not arrive earlier. The deadline will be Thursday, March 25 at 9:00 A.M. Please respect this deadline since we have to input the entries into a HYTEK file and match them electronically against the SNC records so that all the results will be official.
	EVENTS:	Please see the attached meet package. RECOMENDED: Coaches will use the following guidelines but if you want your swimmer to do something else you must let the coach know before the deadline Manta Rays: 200 free (ONLY) Blue: 200 free OR 400 free (girls and/or boys) Bronze: 400 free OR 800 free (girls and/or boys) Silver: 400 free OR 800 free (girls) / 1500 free (boys) Gold: 1500 free Senior: 800 free (girls) / 1500 free (boys)
	DUTIES REQUIRED:	E-mail Lisa Bagnall at bagnall@telusplanet.net and let her know that you are coming.

	We need many volunteers to help with set up and with running the meet. When responding please indicate what you are qualified to do (officials) and which job you prefer to do: Starter: ___________ Referee (head official): Mike Cachia Marshalls: (we need three – four) Timers: three per lane (18 in total) Stroke and Turn judges (2) Show up on time having all your swim gear with you: caps, goggles, team racing suit, towel, healthy snacks, water

Cascade Swim Club Summer Camp
The Cascade Swim Club is once again pleased to be offering our week-long Dave Johnson Swim Camp! This camp is for current competitive swimmers, runs the week of July 12th-16th, and includes training, dryland, classroom and stroke video analysis sessions with some of our top coaches. This Camp is being run out of the Talisman Centre in Calgary.

AGE GROUP TRIALS REPORT
Wow what a spectacular weekend we had at Age Group Trials. We traveled down with 11 Swimmers that were eager to challenge their best times and other athletes they competed against! The spirits were so high and the kids were pumped!
