Swim Meet Information Sheet

Dear Parent(s)

Welcome to the wonderful world of competitive swimming for the 2009-2010 season. The first championship swim meet of the year is the 2010 Speedo Alberta Age Group Provincials Short Course.

WHERE:

Kinsmen Sports Centre
Edmonton, Alberta
 

WHEN:

March 5, 6, 7, 2010
We will be travelling by bus and leaving March 4th.
 

WHO:

This meet has a time standard and as such just the following swimmers are eligible as of today but a few more might make times based on results from the Alberta Age Group Trials meet:

IF you feel your swimmer has been missed please contact Coach Albert at mantaswim@shaw.ca as soon as possible. 
 

FEES:

entries ($65)
As the number of swimmers that are listed for this meet is small, I am only listing the meet fees at this time. If you plan on travelling on your own and making your own arrangements for accommodations, then you must let me know when registering. I tried booking the Coast Edmonton Plaza but they are full for this weekend and I could not do a group booking. Those swimmers going without a parent will be put in the same hotel as the coach.
 

DEADLINE:

The deadline will be Tuesday February 16 at 9:00 A.M. Please respect this deadline since we have to input the entries into a HYTEK file and match them electronically against the SNC records so that all the results will be official. 
 

DUTIES REQUIRED:

E-mail Lisa Bagnall at bagnall@telusplanet.netand let her know that you are going and how many seats you need on the bus.

Please make sure that you bring a cheque on the morning of the third or have enough money in your swimmers account to cover the fees.

Cascade Swim Club Summer Camp
